Terms for using next:mp and the services this site describes.

next:mp and GTA V

next:mp is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and GTA V are their trademarks. next:mp contains no part of GTA V: you need your own legal copy, and Rockstar's own terms continue to apply to your use of it.

next:mp loads its client into the running game. It starts GTA V without GTA Online's anti-cheat, so GTA Online is not available in that session, and next:mp does not connect to Rockstar's online services on your behalf.

The software

The launcher, client, server and tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Licences of the bundled third-party components are listed in the licenses/ folder of each distribution.

Official services

The public server list, the news feed, the update channel and this website are provided free of charge and may change, pause or stop. Do not use them to attack, flood or impersonate other servers or people; abusive addresses are blocked automatically.

Community servers

Servers are run by their owners, not by the next:mp project. Their worlds, rules, purchases, moderation and the data they keep are the owner's responsibility. Listing on the public server list is not an endorsement.
